They shrunk wrapped all items but did not cut shrink and place items..

The movers broke my desk (dropped it, broken in several places). They documented it on the paperwork. The move was Wednesday June 6. Today is Saturday June 9 and i still have not been contacted by any body regarding this. I understanding accidents happen but your company should be on top of it

The guys who moved me were so nice and courteous. They really went above and beyond to make the move quick and exceeded my expectations in every way.

Personal was very nice, wanted me to be sure and know tipping was accepted, I was informed of that several times,, some items arrived broke, some items were left behind hanging on wall, arrive time was 7 hours behind time,

We paid extra to have my aunts stuff moved over a holiday weekend. You did a rush job, had the estimate in a day & 3 days later they’re loading the truck! We were very pleased with the efficiency & service.

There was a slight mix-up to begin the day when the movers did not come inside the assisted living building when they arrived even though the apt. # was given so once that was addressed the rest of the move went fine. The three men were very polite!

You movers Backed into the front of my car and damaged it badly. But also ran from the scene and didn’t say anything.

I wouldn’t have been able to unload the truck I drive down from California as quickly without these guys. It took a 4 hour job and made it 1 and half hours. That was great!
