The team overall did an amazing job and was very helpful, with fantastic attitudes. There were three dent/dings on front of our new refrigerator we didn't see at first, but really nothing could be done about the. I doubt we were going to get a new fridge. Lol. It's nothing so terrible we can't live with it. All in all we were pretty happy and satisfied.

The men need to work better together. The men were arguing and blamed each other for why moved took too long.

The moving team was excellent, the was very professional and courtesy. I would request this team again! Truck 71.

From start to finish, it exceeded my expectations. To the lovely lady on the phone who was friendly and accommodating, to the movers who were caring and aware of my things during the move. Great experience all around.

I was happy with the speed, efficiency, and kindness of the service.
However, the unloading process wasnandacirc;??t nearly as clean as the loading process. The movers did not use the storage room space to their advantage. Lots of wasted negative space in the unit. We had to go back and practically unmove and remove furniture back into the storage unit.

Very pleased with the efforts of Shaun and Preston on moving day - all moves are hard work!!

The two men who moved my piano did an excellent job. They LIFTED the piano up by themselves and carried it to the truck and then LIFTED
it again and carried it all the way up the ramp into the truck! They then did it in reverse when they arrived at the piano's destination. I was
overwhelmed with their strength and care for my piano (being careful of its thin legs ). They wrapped the piano with thick blankets
to make sure the rain did not affect the piano too.

Overall, the movers were really nice and courteous. However, it's now clear to me that one of them (or more) stole a coin bank I had in the master bedroom that was placed on one of the trucks and never unloaded. with the exception of a few scratches, the move went really well until we realized what had happened. I contacted the office and was told none of the movers recall seeing it. Not surprising... I have a photo of the room the day of the move that clearly shows the coin bank (a large plastic replica Coke bottle) sitting on the floor. It was about half full so it was heavy. I am very disappointed in the lack of integrity shown here.

Excellent experience. The guys were professional and very efficient.
