When I set the appointment up I informed the order taker I need 2 strong guys as I had to move a heavy desk downstairs. An old guy and a young guy showed up. The young guy had no experience as he wouldn't work very hard. They broke items. Skuffed my walls and scratched the furniture. Then they took my 4 wheel dolly and left their pads. My two movers, Carson and Eufey, were terrific. Caring and careful about my belongings, making sure the pack was good for the trip to Mesa. It was a couple of very long days and they remained in good humor throughout. It was a big move with a totally full truck and all of the guys, including Chris for the loading day, worked hard. I have not fully unpacked but all my belongings seem perfect.

All of the movers were super nice, friendly, and got things done fairly quickly. There was an issue getting my couch into my apartment during the original move so they had to get another team with more man power to bring it in the next day and they were able to get it in with no problem. Really grateful for these guys helping me get all moved. Will definitely be using them again for future moves!

We were very happy with the team. But 2 nights after the move the platform bed crashed on ground at 3:00AM while we were sleeping. It was extremely frightening. The frame if the bed was not well secured. With open gap was left and the platform place on top. Over the 2 nights the frame of the bed collapsed. We had to hire handyman to fix the bed.
