Moving team was great, there was a quote issue with myself and the rep. The rep quoted me a rate lesser than the final bill, I never received the initial quote via email , which was a big mistake on my end for not following up. After the move I ask many times for the original quote, I finally got a quote after the fact which listed all of the move items and a higher rate. Very Upsetting. No more.

They took seven hours to move the same things that I usually move in five hours or less. As a matter fact, I have donated so many things since the last time I moved a year or so ago. Two guys moved me in just under 5 hours, before. But two men in a truck took their time. Move from two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom 7 1/2 hours!

Danita, we apologize that your move went longer than expected. Our movers are incentivized to move quickly but also safely. Looking at your bill your move only took 6.5 hours to complete which is within the estimated time given.

You are greatly disorganized. I spoke with many different reps, mainly Amber, and no one had my information correct, even after confirming it many times. The wrong time was listed for my move AND movers weren't going to be on time due to being double booked. People needed to work late just to complete my job so I feel bad for them, but they were correcting the mistakes of your employees. Terrible.
