The move went well; and movers were very professional; however; there was minor damage to our hutch...damage was reported; but no contact from company to schedule repair

The two men , Shawn and Spence , were two of the most courteous and professional men I have ever dealt with. They were also two of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They never stopped working. We move all over the country and I have never had movers work this hard while remaining so friendly. The last time we moved it took 5 people 1 day to pack our things and 3 people 1 day to load the truck. Shawn and Spence did both jobs in 1 single day. They were also way more careful, damaging nothing.
Everyone we dealt with at this company was great. Very helpful and willing to adjust to make things work out. Shawn and Spence however, went above and beyond the standard set by the rest of the company. You will not find two better people to represent your business.

Everything was fine. Entire staff polite and professional. The only thing that stung a little bit was the initial start cost of $130.00 before the hourly rate started, out of the gate to move truck etc.

If need be I would ever require another move I would not hesitate to use your company again or recommend it to anyone.

excluding the leaving of the plastic wrap on some furniture the service was pretty good & quick. I have had other moving companies carry a special tool allowing the temp removal of entry doors that uses special bolts in their door frames to allow larger furniture thru, these guys didnt which forced them to leave my bar outside

The ratings are based on the fact that no one has contacted me regarding my damage to my dryer and I paid for the extra insurance. I moved on August 22nd and if my husband was not handy, I would be without a dryer for a week and a half. The repair he made is not a permanent fix and we still need it repaired. The moving team who showed up at 9 were great. The moving team who showed up at 9:30 were slow and marked up my walls at the house where we moved from. I had to spend 1 hour of my time to touch up the paint. I have tried multiple times to call to discuss these issues and went to voicemail every time. I left a voicemail on 8/27 and no one has called. I emailed the office staff on 8/30 and she forwarded the email, but I have not heard anything yet.

The lady in the customer service was very nice and explained everything clearly and the guys came to load and unload my stuff was super nice and we didn’t waste time smiling all the time and explaining everything that was very helpful and professional I definitely recommend about them

My moving team was amazing. Very kind and courteous. They really helped to take the stress out of moving. Unbelievable!! Just awesome! Many thanks to them!!

Got off to a rough start but Anysha and Ronnie did an excellent job of straightening things out. It was a mixup but things went smoothly thanks to these two and the movers were also great. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend this company.
