The guys were quicker than estimated, were polite, professional, and worked hard. Would recommend adding a small ramp to the truck for rolling dollies up front steps. The crates were brutally heavy, but they lifted them without complaint. Good experience.

A surprise packing on Friday and my intended scheduled moving on Monday was not appreciated at all. I had to take an extra day off work. I didn't have my home ready because I thought I had the whole weekend to get ready for the movers and instead I was scrambling! Paid thousands of dollars for less stress on a local move and felt like it caused more stress than being in control of it all myself.

Annabelle is a rockstar in the Las Cruces office! As far as I’m concerned she saved this move from being a disaster.

The moving team themselves were absolutely 10/10 awesome. Very great guys. The office however, 2/10. We booked and I planned a 5:00 pm meet. Drove to where we were meeting and waited an hour only to be told they’d be three hours late, without a heads up. Then rescheduled, then the office stated they’d discount due to their poor handling & lack of notice. None of that took place. Office needs work.
