We told the woman on the phone we had a sleep number bed and asked if the knew how to disassemble it. She said they did. Movers were clueless. They had the bed standing on its side and left it. It tipped over, smashed a hole in the drywall and cracked the plastic cover on the $6000 base. Thankfully WE, had taken out the computerized part from inside the bed. They were very slow as well.

I dont remember the names of my movers, but they did awesome. Very willing to help me move furniture around when I changed my mind on where things should go. Clearly cared about making sure nothing was damaged. Couldnt be happier with them!

The 2 young men were courteous & professional. The office did not put "NE" on my address which caused a slight delay. One of them called me for the correct address. They were very organized. They moved 3 bookcases & 3 very fragile old china cabinets. They were very careful. It all happened very fast. They checked w/ me to make sure I was satisfied. I am very satisfied.
