Our moving team said we were wrongly quoted so we could only move about 1/3 of our stuff. They were scheduled to come at 3 but didn’t arrive until 6, and they scuffed our walls in multiple places. We’re very thankful for them for the work they do, but this experience was much worse than our first with your company.

As a senior relocating out of state Josh was kind and helpful.
He and his staff worked out details for me to do my part remotely.

So I was told the truck would arrive between 2-4 pm, the truck showed at 12:30 and I was charged for the extra hour and a half. Not happy about that. I work inside of a jail and told the sales person I wouldn’t have my phone on me???

Your first try at entering the installation failed do to a background check. You should know what employees can enter a military installation prior to sending them out. This delayed my move by two hours. The actual movers when they arrived were great.

Darren and Ontonio moved me from ABQ, NM to Chandler, AZ on March 28-March 29 and they were exceptional. They were personable, attentive and took all the right measures to make sure my stuff was packed on the truck well to get there safely. They provided the best moving experience I have ever had and as a result I have already suggested them for another move as a result. Great job!!
