We have used 2 men and a truck now 6 times for moves. This past move was the only time when I did not feel the value (cost was too high for a local move) aligned with the work performed. It’s not a complaint- But some feedback to do what you think is right for the business.

I was a bit worried about being in my apartment alone with a few guys, so I had a friend hang out, but as soon as I met the team (Santiago, Taz, and David? Or possibly Daniel?), I felt relieved and safe with them. They moved so incredibly fast and the strength each of them had to lift things I would’ve needed 3 friends to lift by themselves was insane. It made moving a pleasant experience!

Overall everything was so easy. Website, phone, and in person, all of it was speedy, and again, easy. They were prompt, dealt with parking issues well, and came in under the time allotted so I even saved some money. Would definitely use again.

The office staff was both efficient and personable about lining up my move and answering my questions. The movers were extraordinarily careful about wrapping furniture and other items that needed special attention as well as getting everything around tight corners at my new location. They were helpful, courteous and professional, and everything arrived in perfect condition.
