My moving team was excellent. I was sent some really hard workers who were also very courteous! The only thing that did not go as expected was the estimate was not even close to what the actual cost was. They only ask you about the furniture in the estimate or appliances and really nothing else. It doesn’t seem like that was enough information to provide an accurate estimate.

The two young men who moved me were excellent, experience, thoughtful and very respectable. You have some "gems" working for you. They are to be appreciated because I appreciated their work ethic and personal approaches to the work at hand.

The office team needs work on effective communication though. I had left voicemails before my move date and no one ever reached out to me.
