They were an hour late which messed up my whole day. If I had made changes I would have been charged; therefore, I don’t feel. I should have been charged full amount.

Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to help us in the time window we had. It was really a great experience and I'll use them in the future when needed.

Office team member did not discuss moving piano with moving team who showed realistic concern and caution. they called office, then agreed to move piano but owner lost confidence in the ability of moving team to move piano, we called piano mover who specializes in this move for $175. Also office charged for 3 movers because of the piano item so it cost us much more. Supervision necessary.

The whole experience was excellent! Everything promised was delivered. The office contacts, Christian and Josh(?), were knowledgeable and patient in dealing with all the questions. The two movers, Brandon and Tyler, could not be faulted in any way. They were efficient, diligent, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I would give them 6 stars.

Guys were friendly and fast, were careful with all my furniture, wrapped just right!

All in all I think the move went well. The 2 movers were courteous,helpful, and easy to get along with. I did find one problem just this morning. When I found a place to set my microwave oven, and then I plugged it in, I had noticed that nothing was working. I then tried two other outlets, and the results were the same. Since I have hired your service again at 3:00 pm today, I will show them.

The young men who moved us were superior. Professional, efficient, and pleasant.
It was a good moving experience. My belongings were taken care of well.
