The first team was amazing, but with one issue. I kept the box for a kitchenaid stand mixer. I set it up to be packed in the original box. It is heavy. I asked that the first team use that box. They did not. The finish on the stand mixer was compromised with a paint transfer from a green basket. It's not buffing out. The second team left lots behind. Many boxes had no label

Your crew was sloppy in packing some fragile items. As we unpacked boxes the day after the move, we discovered broken and chipped glass and ceramic items because they were not carefully wrapped before packing. They also seemed rushed, just dumping drawers of kitchen tools loose into boxes, which resulted in nicks and dents on some kitchen tools.

The job was challenging. The three man crew was undecided how to approach and move a one piece double sink and Vanity upstairs. Crew seemed frustrated and complained about the size and weight. After further discussion. I recommended we unbox and evaluate space and limitations.. luckily, the counter top was unattached and they were able to move it successfully. Don't expect any clean up by the crew

Cedrick M and Tia were so professional moving my items to my storage facility. Took extra care of fragile items I had along with taking apart larger items that needed to be packed. Overall they were EXCELLENT. Kudos to Christian who answered all my questions. I’m so happy I picked your company to move me. I definitely will be using you again and will refer friends when they need movers

So, i was second move of their day. I tried to tell the office guy Josh, that 4 hours is not enough time to move half my large home to my new place. The quote was for 4 hours. The actual time was 12.
The cost was almost twice the estimate, and the moving team didn’t finish until Midnight. The moving team (Elijah, Nick, and new guy Caeden) all deserve raises, and saved your company from my anger.
