The only comment I would add, is that my drivers seems surprised that the destination location had a hallway and second floor. When I gave the office the location, Montibello Independent living, she said they were familiar with the location and building. The drivers were not, and therefore, our cost exceeded the estimate and it stressed the drivers a bit. No big deal, just thought you might appreciate the feedback.

Over all great but when they put my furniture in the storage they took the plastic wrap off and because of having to stack they may have left scratches on the unprotected pieces. I had to stay watching the truck so I was not able to watch when it was put into the storage.

I was beyond impressed with the service we received. From the person who initially came who gave us a quote to the 3 men who moved us. It was a great experience. The movers were prompt and careful with our belongings. The lead team member made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and made sure our items were placed in our new house to our liking. The crew seemed to care if we were happy. I really didn't expect such a great experience. Thank you.

Nick and Manny were the best. I had them on my second pick-up at the house I sold. There were two other guys who were careless but Nick and Manny are hard workers, honest and do try to take care of the home owners personal items.

The pre-move estimation of the time it would take to move me was exactly accurate. On moving day my movers called to let me know they were on their way, explained the process and releases clearly, and were jovial and efficient. They took care with my items and moved quickly to get everything wrapped and loaded. At my new residence they were quick to come up with a plan to move everything efficiently (3rd floor, series of doors, elevator). One estimated it would take 5 trips in the elevator to move it all up...and he was exactly right! My items arrived unharmed, everything was unwrapped quickly and placed in the general area I wanted it. My billing was explained accurately and efficiently and the moving process itself was stress free. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!
