We've moved over 20 times in 40+ years, both with moving companies and with just ourselves, and have never had as positive an experience as we had with Two Men and a Truck. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly. Our belongings were treated with care every step of the way, and we were treated respectfully. I can't think of anything we would change about the process. In fact, when we move into our new home that is currently under construction, we will turn to Two Men and a Truck and will also ask for the same team of movers. Our thanks to everyone for your good service.

Our move was not far, but involved a lot of large furniture and several appliances. The team, led by Robert M, were courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. All the furniture was carefully padded and wrapped, and arrived in excellent condition. Moving is never fun, but Two Men and a Truck made it easier. My only complaint is that it was occasionally hard to get hold of them on the phone - it took a couple of tries on more than one occasion - but overall the service was very good.

I appreciate women trying to break into different roles. However, moving heavy furniture up and down stairs is not for a woman. I told the office staff I had several flights of stairs that would have to be contended with. They sent a very thin young man and a heavyset female to move my furniture. They drove very slow with the truck and made a 7 minute commute to the new location a 15 or 20 minute commute. The operations manager had to be called in to help bring furniture up the stairs because the woman was not capable of doing her job. That added about an hour to my bill. With the very slow drive time and the extra hour I spent easily over $100 more than I should have. Fuel charge also doubled.

The movers arrived on time and explained all of the paperwork throughly. The movers were attentive and gentle with my household goods, and made the moving process stressfree and delightful. Their knowledge of moving large and fragile furniture was excellent and the prices are affordable. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to all of my friends and family.
