Service was excellent, as always. The guys were friendly and fast. The only thing I still don't understand is what the $85 valuation fee is. Other than that, great!

Hi Jennifer, we appreciate the review. Our company has a valuation fee for our locations to make sure our stores have a coverage of items incase items were to get damaged along the way. We understand that accidents can happen and we try our best to make sure to take care of the items.

Good experience, did not like the trip charge + charge for work duration started when workers leave the office. Double charge

Hi Demetrius, thank you for the review. All of our store locations have a port to port travel charge for every customer. This was discussed during your estimate and listed on the pre-move letter as well that you were okay with before. We will take note of this though for the future to help elaborate more clearly.
