I was not pleased with the lack of hustle in moving my belongings. I've used Two Men and a Truck before and was extremely satisfied with the quickness of that move team. They were able to complete a cross town move in less than half of the estimated time. This current experience was less than satisfactory. My movers made sure to use every single minute of the estimated timeframe to complete a move within a half mile radius. One mover in particular felt the need to stop and converse rather than focus on the job. I will not be using this moving service again.

Due to this, we had to move our truck whenever a neighbor needed access to their garage. This added a considerable amount of time to your estimate. Although we still came in under the original estimated amount, we do apologize that the experience was not to your liking. Excellent service! Based on my previous experience with some other movers, I expected a coarse moving but I amazed how meticulously and carefully those two guys moved our stuff. No single scratch or damage and all pieces of furniture were positioned exactly as our picky family members wanted :-)

The only complaint I have is that the office stafff coordinating the move did not give our guys enough help. It may be worth it to do an on-site estimate for your customers. That way, you have enough people and enough supplies for the job.

I had four men and two trucks and they moved my 10,000 pound household over 130 miles in a single day. Not only were they fast, efficient and incredibly experienced, they were really nice guys to spend the day with. Their "can do" attitude put me at ease.
