Excellent!! The most remarkable and important aspect of our experience was the moving team. They were outstanding. Punctual, Professional, respectful, hardworking and paced themselves well, careful, no shortcuts, protected our furnishings with care, no complaining, protected both our home and apartment from damage. Supervisor came to verify that all was well and inspected our home and the truck loading/packing. Lead-man Freddie was thorough and explained everything. Nice guy. ALL 3 young men were outstanding. Didn’t rush. Pricing, online estimating tool were great also. WE WILL USE 2 Men and a Truck again!!! And have told others about our experience. My wife and I certainly got the A Team!!

Asked if a liftgate truck was available. Was told I would need 3 men to move safe. Told 3 1/2 -4 hours for job.
No liftgate, "seatbelts broken", 3 came not knowing a safe was there. They worked from 9 to 5 without breaks and didn't finish. Damages and losses were many. Linen and silk furniture was never wrapped and they kept throwing filthy rugs and pads on the new upholstery. One man had offensive body odor that remained on my things. Another rolled 3 boxes off the ramp and refused to wrap upholstery. The 3rd was organizing the truck most of the day as he sprained his ankle. Never knew to disconnect surround sound. The response from the GM who asked for photos to reimburse damages hasn't happened. He didn't want payment. I told him I didn't like the resolution.

Hard working team that moved for us. They never stopped. They kept going until everything was moved and on their truck. They saved us money by going non stop and we appreciated that very much.

Called and said very specifically we had a fridge to move. On moving day they did not send people who could move the fridge?!! So we were happy that they sent two people the next day and they could not disconnect the water, the company did not tell us we had to disconnect it?!! So now they have to come back, again. Sadly this would have been easy and a good move had the dispatch office communicated better. I think overall a good company but this experience could have been better.

Since I had used your company before, I knew I had a good organization. The workers went out of their way to help me and keep my furniture is good condition.

Maidelyn in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed and suggested the perfect solution. Robert and Edward both worked very hard and completed the move quickly and with great care. Very impressed.

Two Men & a Truck in Albuquerque, were very easy to work with in regards to scheduling my move. I was kept informed of their arrival, and they packed up our home in about 3 hours. They were very nice, and took good care of my belongings including some very large house plants that were not easy to move. The truck arrived the next day at our new home in AZ and the same 2 movers readily moved the contents of the truck into the rooms I instructed them to to, and helped put together the beds and the china cabinet. Overall had an excellent experience with our move!
