I will think twice about using this company again. The first time I used them, they were great. This time, the team lead of movers had a poor attitude and quite obviously did NOT care at all about my things (too bad for the rest of the team who were very kind and caring). Imagine my surprise and dismay when I unpacked a box with his initials with a (once-living) plant and fresh flower that was carelessly thrown into the bottom of a box! This is not the half of it. I am grateful that they brought my things to a new location with my major concerns taken care of.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. Office staff clearly explained the process, and the two gentlemen who did the moving were courteous and capable. They asked what I needed them to do, and they performed their work quickly and professionally. The whole experience was very good, and it saved me time. I was also spared back-aches and a trip to the chiropractor!

Was very satisfied with my move - first we loaded at my apartment, then stopped at a storage unit and then to my new home. The team was right on time - they were friendly, professional and hard working. I asked for a few special items to be moved with extra care and they were glad to oblige. At my new home, they were very careful to place the furniture and boxes in places that made it easy for me to unpack. Excellent job!

It was my jewelry armour, which was loaded full with my jerwley. They wrapped it up, loaded it upright and upon arrival your man shelled it in UPSIDE DOWN. I was shocked and it still sits wrapped in plastic until I unpack. He apologized. Both these men were a pleasure to work with. LOL, perhaps I can send you a picture of the inside when I do finally get the courage to unwrap it. Thank you. I called and you saved me much heavy lifting.
