I liked that they wrapped my furniture and were mostly careful with it. I mentioned when they picked up an upholstered piece that the lining was delicate and it should not be held with one hand. Nick did it anyway and tore the bottom. Two boxes of books were left in the garage instead of brought into the house.

Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged and had to be repaired (kitchen leg was broken, tv stand was scratched, bedroom dressers were scratched, king bed frame was scratched and divets were gouged). The king bed frame was taken apart haphazardly (bolts and screws were undone and the frame was separating before 2 very heavy drawers and 4 small drawers were removed from the frame) which caused unnecessary stress on the whole bed frame. At that point the homeowner was forced to remove the large drawers and carry them to prevent additional mover damage. The whole point of hiring movers was to avoid straining my back with heavy furniture. Also, a number of very heavy boxes were left on top of less heavy boxes which made unpacking very difficult and additional muscle strain on the homeowner.

My move took place on 3/28/19 and was approx. 10 miles across Albuquerque. Unfortunately a door on an old bookcase was broken during the move and was sent to a Two Men vendor for repair. It is now almost the end of May and I have yet to get the repaired piece returned. This bookcase was handed down within the family so it has great sentimental value. I am getting extremely frustrated at the delay on this.
So the company is fine IF nothing gets broken but . . . . .

This was an easy move and this particular team struggles to manage the couch as it was too heavy for them and they took off the padding and plastic wtapbpriornto coming in the house and the death couch rubbed on the door jams and screen door I thought they were going to damage the couch. I mentioned that the wrapping needs to stay on until it gets in the house and was ignored .inaskednthat the bother couch be out on my garage and was ignores several times and they were ready for me to pay and finally they moved it. The driver was more interested in the gratuity and said it several times as I paid the bill. I normally tip movers as I once worked in a moving company and know if the service was good you tip. I didn't tip because I didn't think the service was good.

I am cluttered so I’m knew there would be some probl ms BUT I specifically had my kitchen organized and said I wanted my new kitchen Chen set up before they leave. I had the unpack service. Everything in the kitch n is fine except they did not include my eating utensils. What do I do?
