From the beginning of the process I was happy with Two Men and Truck, because a consultant showed on time for the walk-through for providing a quote. The day of the move, the moving team called prior to confirm the address and provided an ETA. Team showed up on time and worked well together as a team. My disappointment begun when two items got damaged during the move. The lead guy from the moving team did his part, with documenting and taking pictures of the damage items. Informed me that I someone from the office would contact me to discuss the damages. It's been a week and half since the move and no one has made contact. I've received several emails Asking How Did We Do. Basically completing a survey. So I submitted the survey, and unfortunately I couldn't give them a high review.

the movers were very professional, but they said they would turn in our claim for a broken cedar chest that was my Grandmothers. They promised that they would be contacting me on the first business day after the move. To date, I have heard nothing. The packers missed a lot of our stuff and had to have the movers pack it up, As the day went on, they got sloppier and sloppier on the way they packed things. After all of this, they still didn't get everything out of drawers of cabinets.

The moving crew worked very well together and it was nice to see how well they got along with each other. Over all it was a very good moving experience with only one minor damaged item. We would certainly use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again or highly recombined them to anyone.

Movers accidentally broke my armoire during the move, however, they were very polite and respectful.

My furnitures were damaged during move. The movers took photos and reported, I also called up ones, but no one got back to me.

The moving team started out strong. However, they broke a pot full of dirt at the storage unit. At the end of the day they got very sloppy!! Piling things in the back yard. Some of which didn't belong outside. However they were very nice and easy to work with!!

Darren, Jorge and Bryan were great! They arrived when they said that they would and they were courteous. Additionally, they took great care loading the small and very large items. They seemed to work efficiently as a team.

Several pieces of delicate furniture were damaged. Some items were not wrapped. One piece was dropped off the truck ramp while being unloaded. The movers were generally in a hurry and not careful with the furniture.

We enjoyed all three of the men who worked at our home. Care was taken to wrap and protect our belongings and we were impressed by their hard work and timeliness. Only one small damaged door jamb that I have already received a phone call from the repair company to take care of. Overall, I have been very happy with the service of Two Men and a Truck.

Decent team but it seems they got tired toward the end of the move and became a little careless with unloading by stacking a lot of boxes and being rough going up stairs and stacking fragile boxes upside down. In unpacking I am finding many broken fragile objects.
Also, when team left they had difficulty backing down the driveway and went off the road, ripping out one of my trees and damaging other trees. They had to get a tow truck to get them back on track.
