The movers broke my baby’s crib. They said I had signed a release so it wouldn’t be covered but that isn’t true. I had already disassembled it before they arrived and while moving it they cracked a leg off, it is unusable now. The movers said they would file a claim and I would be contacted by the company, which also didn’t happen. Really crummy experience

My movers were STELLAR and I would recommend the two of them to EVERYONE. They were so respectful of my belongings and my new apartment (one of them even wiped the salt off of the wheels on something before brining it inside). And when they noticed that the legs of my living room furniture were loose, they tried to tighten them for me. That is above and beyond!!!

Booking the service was a very fast and easy process. Dwayne is very knowledgeable about how the process works. Ruben and John arrived when they said they would. They were very professional yet friendly as well. They addressed every question or request that I had. They accommodated me every way possible. All three employees that I had contact with are assets to your company! Smooth move!

The team I has was outstanding. They understood my fears about moving to a new place and were very helpful by giving me information about my new neighbood. They handled all of my boxes and furniture with care. They were simply great and Henry is exceedingly strong! God bless both of my movers!
