This was discussed during your estimate and listed on the pre-move letter as well that you were okay with before. We will take note of this though for the future to help elaborate more clearly. Your team rallied to do an unusual move of a sculpture when my other plans fell through. You rightly assessed the situation and with short notice provided the needed 4 man crew to accomplish the task. Thank you to Frederick in the front office for jumping on this request and getting all organized and also to the guys in field for getting it done without complaint.
