The office team and our move team were great and easy to work with. A home visit for the estimate should have been completed so that we would have known it would require 2 loads. Despite that, we would use 2 Men and a truck again.

We, here at the New Mexico Veterans Integration Centers, had used your services previously to move our veterans from one location to another without having to pay first. We were always billed after the services. In this case, your company wanted the "check" prior to even placing us on your calendar. Furthermore, we were advised that our veteran, Mr. Michael Austin, who is unable to pack and/or unpack (due to a physical disability) would be packed and unpacked. Veteran advised us that the unpacking services were not provided even though we were told that the unpacking would be included in the billing. After speaking with my superiors, we would not recommend nor ever consider using your services again.
