Everything that was promised was delivered. The price charged was fair. The moving guys were excellent (Nick & Joe). They were courteous and considerate of our furniture and very helpful when asked a question. I would specifically ask for them again by name. They made the move smooth and easy.

the office should have sent someone out to evaluate the amount of belongings. they sent the movers out with a truck that was too small. they sent a van out immediately to help which was great but they should have come out in the first place when I really stated I wasn't sure how much I had. Plus, the drivers didn't seem to know about the wardrobes I needed. They had them but it wasn't on their paperwork. The movers went above and beyond to take care of the problems associated with this move.

The reason we did not sent an onsite estimator was because the house was under 2,000 square feet. If it was not offered I do apologize. I am happy to see that the movers were able to fix the issues and provide you with excellent service.</div>

WOW!!!!!! Moving team of Jermaine, Anthony $ Ordale were beyond EXCELLENT !!!! They were professional, polite, and just pure pleasures to have handle our move. I have moved about 15 times . Prior movers would not begin to hold a candle to Jermaine and his team. I retired from a company that focused on Total Customer Satisfaction and exceeding Customer expectations. Was happy to read about 2 Men & A Truck aligning with that same philosophy. Jermaine, Anthony and Ordale demonstrated Exceeding Customer Expectations.
