Brittany was very difficult to get in contact with. I rearranged my plans to move on Monday with a 2 hr min cause I had a small amount of stuff (I didn't even fill half the truck they sent). I moved from Ewing to Hamilton (20 minute drive) but my 400$ 2 hr minimum deposit was consumed with travel time ALONE. I was billed starting at 7:15 am but the movers did not get to my house until 8:45 am.

I had a really great experience from beginning to end. Every interaction I had with the office team was pleasant and professional. They were patient and thorough when answering my questions.
Mervin and Anthony, the moving team were great. They had my belongings wrapped and moved so quickly. They made it look so easy even when navigating a couch through a tight space. Thank you all! Traci

The office team namely Sadie and Susan were very personable and helpful. Even in this time of Covid with precautions they made the process of setting up my large move seamless. Our move team was professional, courteous, and capable. They put our minds at ease early in the move in process. They handled all the special aspects of our move. Our team of Kevin, Hill, Mervin and Anthony was excellent.

The movers were excellent. There were issues outside of them. My move did not need 2 trucks. The quote double what the total cost was- a nice surprise but poor quoting - would not have accpeted if I was not pressed for time. The equipment given to the movers was not adequate. Why did I have to pay to move a ramp that should have been stored under the truck? Items were left behind because of this
