First time user and overall, service was excellent. The two movers (Rashaun and Kevin) were fantastic. They were friendly, on-time, courteous and very easy to work with. My only partial negative comment is the amount of redundant paperwork via email I was asked to sign. It was a little confusing but not a big deal. For anyone who reads this, I would certainly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

Our moving team (Thomas, Naquan, and Jumal) were very punctual, professional and efficient. They ensured each item was protected for the move from NJ to CT. Once arriving in CT, we learned the A/C had not been turned on and the temp. inside was +80. Despite needing to move the items to a 2nd floor apartment using an extremely narrow staircase, their efficiency didn't diminish.

Worst experience ever. I was charged for an additional 45 minutes that was never communicated and is in fact a lie. The movers left at 9:53 am and they told me there would be a total of 2:15 but they also went to the wrong place. The movers then added another 30 mins for no reason. IT DOES NOT TAKE 50 MINUTES TO GO FROM PRINCETON BACK TO THE OFFICE. The upcharge is a straight-up lie.

Krista, in the office, was knowledgeable and friendly when helping me get ready pre-move. Jihad and Pria moved everything with care; in terms of protecting my furniture and the walls. They also were very pleasant to deal with.

Great moving team - very friendly and helpful. Wrapped all the furniture in plastic and/or moving blankets. Was careful during the move. On-time and within estimated budget. Absolutely no complaints from me!
