Truck was supposed to come from KOp came from NJ instead, told morning of I am paying a flat rate of $919.23, that changed several times, Husam was GREAT, Mike was slow and spent most of the time on the phone, called corporate number to complain didn’t get anything resolved. We helped load & unload 24 pieces of furniture (5 of which was simple chairs) Mike gave a different prices after unloading, then next day given an even higher price. Told they came in under budget & I said I didn’t even have all the stuff on the estimate and WE HELPED MOVE IT IN & OUT! House was empty except for the furniture moved that day plus a box, 2 bags of linens, a vacuum, trash can & two bikes. We had already moved everything else. Didn’t have to do much at unload left half the stuff in plastic! DISPLEASED!

I was very pleased with my experience. The movers Billy, Savin and Augustine arrived on time, worked very quickly and did everything I asked. The office staff was also very helpful. I’m glad I found this company.

The movers showed up on time and ready to go. I had 3 flights of stairs down from my apartment and 3 flights up stairs into my new apartment. They did a wonderful job handling my heavy furniture. I will use them and request the men I had all over again the next time I move!
