James, Kevin and Sharif were great! Polite, very helpful, did an awesome job of organizing my things in the storage unit and had a great attitude. I will definitely ask for them and use two men and a truck for my next move.

I cannot day enough about how great our experience was with your company! Our movers were so cheerful and worked so hard - it was a 2-day move so it was very challenging but they were very careful with our items on both ends and went out of their way to make sure everything was being was being done right and to our satisfaction. This is the 6th time our family has used your company and would recommend to anyone.

My move took place on the hottest most humid day of the season and the two movers Billy and Savon were outstanding. They barely stopped to eat lunch, which I had to encourage them to do. They moved challenging pieces of furniture in very challenging circumstances. My only "complaint" is that they did not cover the furniture even on the truck and the piano was damaged and the couch got dirty. Billy took pictures and I will wait to see if they compensate for this in any way. I cannot say enough about how hard the two movers worked and what positive attitudes they had.

Overall experience was good. Office staff great, moving team good. The only thing that didn't give the moving team a great review was one of the two men was clearly new and learning for the Senior associate. This is fine and I understand but if he wasn't being directed to do certain things by myself of his team mate he stood around watching not knowing what to do, instead of asking what he can do next. I feel that wasted some time. The move in all took the total estimated time the office provided on the estimate but we could have saved some time if the one mover had a bit more ambition. Otherwise a great experience and all my belongings arrived in one piece and little to no damage.
