Everything went great your equipment is excellent. The 4 men were extremely great, they were very nice even the youngest guy “Brian”. I will definitely make any referral to anyone!

James, Kevin and Ryan were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, took excellent care of my stuff and were friendly and great guys too. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone because of James, Kevin and Ryan.

I had a bad experience with the "paperwork and process" side of Two Men and a Truck and will not use their services again. The move itself was good - the movers were professional, worked quickly, & took good care of my furniture. The movers damaged my wall bringing furniture up the stairs. In fairness, it required them to turn 180 degrees. We filled out a damage form & then I got a call the next day asking how my move went. The representative had not read the damage report or seen the pictures so he couldn't speak fluently - he wasted my time & finally at the end of the call told me there was more paperwork. I'm now trying to track down the paint color of my wall before they'll process anything. They have their money, I have a damaged wall and paperwork - will not use them again.

Guys couldn’t figure how to move a mattress and box spring down the steps. But my brothers were able to after I hired your company to do the move

Very impressed with the whole process from speaking on the telephone to getting my quote to the actual move. Everyone I encountered were very friendly, personable and efficient. The movers were punctual and had great attitudes. They took excellent care of my furniture, wrapping each individual piece in Saran Wrap. They worked quickly, keeping in mind that I was paying them only for actual time spent moving and travel. I would definitely use this service again. All round excellent service and experience.

Please understand that even though there was damage to my headboard of my bed when they disassembled it, it wasn’t their fault. It was the fault of Raymore and Flanagan installation team. There will not be a claim submitted since R&F are replacing my bed. The boys did an awesome job moving me! Thank you!

The whole issue over waiting to tell until all one piece was loaded, and being told you couldn' t move an amoire killed it for me. Having to make other arrangements to move it is not what I was expecting.

Price and time estimate for packing way off. Estimate for moving time day 2 way off too, which caused many problems. Movers had to work harder as a result & pressure fell on them. Wasn't helped that their supervisor called to yell at them. Movers were extremely courteous, hardworking, polite, friendly, appreciative and willing to do anything we asked. They had a true can-do, customer service oriented attitude. They represented your company in a very, very positive light and made for an excellent overall experience. However, they did not have breakfast before coming. I realized this by the second day and gave them something (not much in house), and then a full breakfast the 3rd day. Huge difference in their abilities with food in stomaches. Really liked these guys! They deserve a raise!
