The movers didn’t know how to breakdown a bed and sat around while their supervisor had to come out. I actually ended up breaking it down myself. They cracked the footing of a bed putting it back together. I paid and then received an attempt to collect another $200 because the driver didn’t charge port to port. Unreal.

I paid for packing service the my entire 2200 sq ft house including basement and garage and and the packers did not bring any of the following:
packing paper
Markers
Wardrobe boxes
Large boxes.
They only brought size small & medium boxes. They used my markers and NO packing paper. They told me they did not pack glass. When they left less than half of my house was packed. My parents and I had to go to Home Depot and purchase supplies and we packed my kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, we were up the entire night. It was terrible. I was never offered any credit for the “packing” services that are a complete disappointment.
When the driver crashed into the driveway retaining wall they tried to put the bricks back together then sped off without acknowledging what they did. Please provid

Movers did a very good job. There was some minor damage to property of destination home. Assuming that company takes care of this
in a prompt manner I would rate job very good. Not very good if property damage not taken care of in a prompt manner.

Two Men and a Truck arrived on time and moved our furniture to the new location. However, at the new location they were in a hurry and did not put legs back on furniture and did not put beds together. They gave me the final price and the movers and I signed for a set amount. The next day my credit card was billed for more than we agreed and the office was no help. I reported them to the BBB.

There were many items the packing team was supposed to pack, which were left unpacked, & I had to specifically ask things be packed. Screws were lost to 2 large expensive tables. My husband located 1 set. The 2nd set was to my dining room table, & while it was remedied by 2 Men team, it took several days. The screws were lost to my vanity mirror. Toward the end of the move into new home, some of the movers were grumbling about the stairs. Many items were broken. Boxes were tossed off handtruck & stacked equally, w/no regard to the red 'fragile' tags. Boxes were dumped into any room, w/out reading info as to where boxes were supposed to go. I still have many boxes to go thru, and we'll have many boxes to move ourselves into the correct rooms, including up/down stairs. Disappointed.

I had a good experience overall, everything was moved in a timely matter; however, there was some damage caused by the move which is currently under review. Also, I was charged over the amount that was stated upon receipt of the completion for the move where no one from the company has returned my call nor answered the phone to resolve the matter.

Tyrone and Savon were professional, courteous, friendly and very understanding of the importance of the desk they moved to my daughter's home. That meant so much to me the care they took. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck because of my positive experience thanks to these two young men.

Movers were great, professional, courteous, handled our property very carefully and were extremely helpful. We were very happy with the team we were provided.

The movers showed up on time. They were very careful and had no problems with anything.

Clerical was helpful and accurate estimate.; very professional. Moving team was on time , quick, answered questions, and flexible. Explained the forms quickly but knew the answers to my questions. Team was will to adjust to help fellow contractors.
