I have hired your service based on reassurance of Ms Pashnick who was professional .Team arrived in time however expensive furniture was damaged due lack of protective covering and lack of appropriate equipment I have seen used by previous movers I have used.
Inspite of paying $200.00 for insurance claim team is not responding even after 2 months has passed.

everything went along as planed, timing was perfect. the only problem was some paint scrapes on the twin bed, and a scuff mark on the pack of the sofa.

I chose two men and a truck because: 1) Handled in-home furniture move, 2) Remove furniture for donation. My initial booking experience was EXCELLENT - organized and helpful. Unfortunately move day was like another company took over. The experience was so poor I my almost cancelled the move. Problems: 1) Apparently the paperwork was inaccurate and they had no idea what was internal move vs. donation, 2) The one mover backed the truck into my driveway and took out half my tree (again on departure) - looked like he'd never driven a truck before -pic, 3) They knew they had to dismantle a bed, but didn't bring a toolbox. 4) The one man was an absolute disaster (other was terrific and kept apologizing) - didn't know how to do the paperwork, constant complaining. Will not use in future.

My move overall went very well. I was happy with the services, price, and the two movers. They completed the job in less time than expected. There was an issue with damage to one piece of furniture. But the movers were helpful in submitting the report and the office staff immediately called me to fix the issue. Considering the stairwell had been a bit difficult to maneuver large pieces of furniture, I was happy that everything went smoothly for the majority. I would use this company again.

Kevin was the lead man and he was wonderful. Other than 2 dents in drywall while moving furniture and scratches on the hardwood floors I was satisfied with the move. The repairs are going to be done as per management.

The movers damaged my reclining leather loveseat and damaged my new home and the apt I was moving from. They sent 2 movers that were clueless on how to do their job. It took 8 hrs to move 26 pieces of furniture. They called for help and their bosses came to help, then left. It was a disaster. They accepted responsibility for the damage, but I am still waiting for compensation. They called the day after the move and asked for a 5 star rating. Now they are sending me constant emails about the services, and I still haven't had my loveseat or walls fixed yet. It's ridiculous that they care more about a rating than my property or my moving experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. If it was free,I would deny their services. Please don't end up like me.

I have used Two Men and a Truck for 3 other moves and was VERY happy with them. Which is why I decided to use them for my family's move. We needed 2 trucks, so 2 crews. They did not get along with each other. One of the movers was VERY rough with our boxes: slamming them down on the ground, stacking them upside down (esp the ones that were marked "this end up" or "nothing on top" or "fragile.") Three pieces of furniture are broken (desk, chest, tall dresser) and I am missing some of the broken off pieces so I can't fix them. My son found one broken piece in the closet! And the movers had some stuff in their cab with them (parts to my robot vacuum cleaner). One box that I opened had 50% of the items broken. I haven't unboxed everything yet, but am hoping nothing else is broken.

I selected Two Men and a Truck after hearing very positive reviews from a colleague who had used a different franchise. Our movers were late on both pick-up and delivery, and complained continuously. When our things arrived there was thousands of dollars of damage to our furniture, and electronics were missing. We purchased valuation against loss and damages for much more than the amount of damage done, but there has been a complete lack of accountability and professionalism from the office who will not replace destroyed and lost items. I now know that this franchise has a BBB rating of F. I will never use this company again, and would definitely recommend you look elsewhere. Finally, to help guide your decision, they offered to pay me money to give them a 5 star rating on this site.

James was an absolute professional; however, the two children sent with him did not even know how to use shrink wrap. James tried to keep them in line, and I felt disrespected on his behalf with the way they treated him. They laughed as they broke my railing, and sat around calculating their wages for the day while my husband and I helped James document the damage they were responsible for. The damage my new home sustained is appalling and after two days and five phone calls, I still have not heard from Two Men and A Truck regarding compensation. This was the worst moving experience ever.

Worst move ever and we move a lot. Under manned under supplied. I ended up packing for 8 hours they were being paid to pack and then they charged me extra! Truly awful. Came with not enough supplies- were supposed to pack my whole house! Not even a screwdriver and used MY bubble wrap I bought because didn’t have enough paper or boxes. Didn’t mark boxes they did do so no idea what was in boxes when unloaded truck. Only unloaded 3 of 4 trucks and left and didn’t bring rest of my stuff for 2 days! Then best of all charged my American Express without my authorization!
