Awful! Two hours late. I am being overcharged. Didn't provide the service I specifically asked for on the phone when booking to put my dining room table back together. Worst moving experience ever!! Giving 1's is too high

The entire experience was great. From working with Susan in the office, and the three guys that carefully moved all my belongings. Everyone was personable pleasant and very nice to work with. I would highly recommend your company to anyone that moves. I am a local realtor and have recommended you before through word-of-mouth. Now, I can through experience refer you to all my clients. The moving team had so much patience and a great attitude the whole time. Even when we couldn’t use the loading dock to my apt complex (unknown to us all), they did an amazing job and kept positive attitudes. Awesome team :)

Mike & his crew were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. The move went very smooth. I only wish I knew that every little item must be accounted for and I would have been better prepared. Given the fact that the move was a speer of the moment thing it was a great job by your staff.

You have to be kidding! I spoke to Rob a week ago and was told I would hear back from him and he would send me an email for damage claims and I never got a thing or heard back except for an email from the billing department saying they would charge my card. No damage process email. Since that phone call I have found other damages. I am sooooooo disappointed with your service. The team tried really hard. I would never disparage them...but they were not the team I should have been assiagned. I am still hopeful that you will make this right.

At first I thought my moving guys were great. It seemed to be going well. I told them 3 pieces that were extremely important. The most expensive piece was not properly taken care of and bringing in my home was awful. They broke somethings. I'll take responsibility for one box that I did not tape the bottom but as professionals I would think they would check. They ruined my rug and was not covered in the pouring rain. They have asked for receipts . They are years old. But I'm a clean freak so ec
Everything was like brand new. I'm very upset. But on my new journey and dont have time for this. Was hoping to hear so.ething and be reimbursed cause it took 2 extra hours and I didnt even have alot. Oh well. I just would not recommend them
