I thought that if Two Men And A Truck could move pianos they could move the two beds I had to move. Office staff Susan was so helpful. She explained everything very calmly, patiently and completely. Dispatcher Dale called me on moving day to advise me of a slight delay. Movers Andre & Isaac were polite, helpful, and competent. The move was completed within the estimated time. Thanks so much!

Our move on 2/3/20 went perfectly. The entire process was so smooth, starting with initial conversations with the office staff who took the information and, even better, helped to calm my anxieties about all that would need to be done. Our moving team arrived right on time and the crew members could not have been better. Ed Bacon was our driver and the support team was Rilwane and Patrick and they were all so good. Efficient, quick, friendly, careful, supportive - everything I could ask for in a moving team. Please let them know how much we appreciated all they did for us on a stressful day. If I ever need to call Two Men and a Truck again, I would hope to see this same crew.

The team did a great job when they arrived. Wrapped everything carefully and moved it safely to final destination. Friendly, courteous and very helpful. Moved at a steady pace to get the job done.
My only disappointment was arrival time, initially given a time frame of 11am-1pm. Then was pushed to 1-3pm and unfortunately they did not arrive until 4:30pm. Through no fault of the team. The previous job took much longer than anticipated and threw off the schedule for the day. Unfortunately, because of the time, I had to cancel one of my stops due to darkness and the lateness.
I think there is a flaw in the system, in that you don't actually have someone come to the site to get a true inventory of what needs to be moved. The estimator programs do not take into account for human error.
Overall I was very satisfied, since I could not have done it on my own.
I would be aware that time delays are possible and perhaps probable, based on my experience.
