Todd "The General": 1973-2026

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved colleague of the Mobile #0471 and Monmouth #0661 franchises. Todd Adams, lovingly called "The General" by his teammates, was more than just a coworker - he was a constant source of support and someone whose dedication to moving showed in everything he did. He lived by the TMT core values and he approached each day with commitment, integrity, and a genuine desire to do his best. Beyond his work ethic, he will be remembered for his kindness, his goofiness, the nicknames he gave everyone he worked with, and the way he made people feel valued. The impact he had on our teams in Alabama and New Jersey will not be forgotten. His sudden passing leaves a profound void, and he will be greatly missed. "The General" will be awarded a lifetime Mover of the Month award in both the #0471 and #0661 franchises.

Tim has been a driver with TMT for over a year now and has driven all over the country for our clients. He is a dedicated member of our team and always willing to give a helping hand!

My name is Mariah, and I am a Customer Service Representative at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. This summer, I joined the team while pursuing my nursing degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University. From day one, I’ve felt incredibly welcomed and supported, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow in such a positive environment. Working here has been an amazing experience that’s taught me so much about customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills that will serve me well both in this job and in my future career in healthcare. I take pride in helping customers through what can often be a stressful process, and I enjoy being part of a team that genuinely cares about delivering excellent service. This role has shown me how impactful great customer care can be, and I’m excited to carry that mindset with me wherever I go next.

Jayson is a wonderful addition to the Two Men family! He moved to the Shore from north Jersey and has been a staple on our crews, always on time and ready to go! Outside of work, Jayson loves going to the gym.

Pierre has been a mover with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since 2024 and has done hundreds of moves for our community. He takes his job very seriously, is always on time, and is one of our best tool guys. Pierre helps train new employees, and his level of service is unparalleled. Outside of work, Pierre enjoys spending time with his children and his dog.

My name is Sam. I have a 4 year old Mini Aussie pup who is the light of my life. When I am not working, my days are filled with playing fetch with a tennis ball with my girl. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has become more than just a place to work, it has become my second home. I have an amazing boss and colleagues who support you in all you do, and have a way of making you feel like family. I look forward to continuing learning here and helping my community to make a difference. 

My'Roan came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® after working at the local Boys and Girls Club for many years. My'Roan has a great attitude and has become an integral member of our team. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his dog and his family.

My name is Tommie Willis, and I am the Operations Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. I started my journey with the company as a mover, working hands-on in the field before becoming a driver and eventually advancing to my current role as Operations Manager. Experiencing every level of the business firsthand has given me a deep understanding of operations, team dynamics, and customer needs.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Studies and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Rutgers University’s Bloustein School of Public Policy to further develop my expertise in management and organizational strategy.

As a father and grandfather, I value hard work, leadership, and building a strong, motivated team that delivers excellent service. My goal is to continuously improve operations, support employees, and ensure a seamless moving experience for our customers while upholding the highest standards of service and professionalism.

I started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Baton Rouge, LA in 2018 as Sales and Marketing Manager. Working with clients and the community, whilst growing the business, helped me quickly fall in love with TMT one move at a time. During my 2.5-year tenure in Baton Rouge, I enrolled in the Managers Moving Forward I program to further my knowledge in all facets of our business. In January 2021, I moved to Mobile, AL to take over as General Manager of our Mobile and Foley locations. During this time, I continued my education with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK with the Managers Moving Forward II program. In February of 2022, I went back to Baton Rouge part-time and ran both the Louisiana and Alabama franchises. In June of 2022, I was accepted into the Mary Ellen Sheet's Moving People Forward Scholarship program, and I earned my place as the 8th winner of the scholarship. After a market analysis of open territories and a few visits to the Jersey Shore, I knew that Monmouth County was the place to start my next venture with TMT. I have felt so welcomed by the community here, and am looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship in Ocean Twp and beyond. Outside of work, you can find me at the yoga studio or with my rescue pitbull, Miss Praline.

Victor has been a prized member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family since January of 2026. Victor is a great mover, driver, and leader. He is one of our long haul drivers and has been all over the country for our clients. Outside of work, Victor enjoys working on his vintage truck and spending time with his young daughter.
