This was the worst moving team ever. The exact same move one year ago took your team 6 hours. Took this team 10 hours!! Swore at us, ruined furniture and damaged more walls, railings, etc than I can count. His comment to his team was “don’t worry about it they will fix it” and kept the damage going. Unbelievably bad experience and almost called my attorney it’s so bad

Angel and his team were fantastic! We were moving my mom to an assisted living apartment. They were friendly and treated her with courtesy and respect. I would definitely recommend them and the company.
The only negative things were not getting the wardrobe boxes requested, a missing lamp piece and being charged for moving a king size bed after I called to have it removed from the quote.

My 2 guys were patient and flexible when plans had to be altered. Super effective without feeling like your items were in danger. Very professional and friendly.

The moving team did a great job! They were so efficient and friendly, and they were very careful with my fragile items and furniture. They handled the loading/unloading with ease and even reassembled some furniture in the new space. Thank you for helping ensure my move went smoothly!

Recommend more training on the construction and taping of boxes. Books should be packed in the small boxes versus medium sized boxes. Many of mine are now too heavy to move to other rooms without help or equipment. Recommend interior truck bed and tires of all dollies be cleaned between moves. Dollies only ever touched concrete during my move, yet my house was covered in significant dirt.

You didn't complete my move. You let the manager call it off. It ended up being costly and caused a lot of problems
