The moving team was more interested in getting the job done fast than taking care with the furniture, resulting in damaged items which may not be repairable. The office team didn’t return my phone calls; I had to chase them down. My damage claims were lost (I got e-mails saying they were submitted, but staff couldn’t find them & I had to submit the info again via e-mail). Compensation $$ was poor!

Angel’s team that came out of Omaha on Saturday 8/9 were amazing. Super professional and courteous. Packed, moved, and unloaded our entire house in about 4 hours. We would absolutely use them again if we ever move again!!

Service was good. Guys did what they needed to do to get the job done. My only advice for your team is better training and safety gear. One guy had seran wrap as a belt, and nobody had steel toe shoes/boots, or any protective gear. One guy cut his forehead open and another guy bashed his nose. Ive been blue collar most of my life so I get it. Just wanted to offer some advice to help your business.
