The moving team did a good job. They were courteous and professional. I am unsure of who planned the move, but they showed up without a pallet jack or a trucks with lift gates. The pre-move team who came to review the items to be moved was informed and visually inspected the items to be moved which included pallets of books.

Kathy in the office was amazing. Answered all my questions before hand. When I call back to confirm, again Kathy was helpful.

This is my seventh time using a moving company. Out of all seven this was the best one. This move was a little different for me and the office team that did my scheduling and rescheduling were always so pleasant and helpful to meet my needs. The guys who came and did my move were AMAZING! More than amazing. Fantastic company. Truly professional. Thank you.

Jared and Dwayne were amazing. They were both very professional. They did an amazing job taking care of our items and securing them before going on the trucks. You can tell they like working with eachother and work well together. I would hire two men again just based of my experience with them.
