The moving team was excellent. But I was upset to learn that no shampoos or liquids, vacuum brooms but they couldn't take those. Your office staff never told me that which resulted in me packing more items. Also I was charged for 5 hours instead of 4 because the office staff didn't tell the movers that they had to go up and down steps where we were moving from. Also the office staff only had 20 boxes marked on the invoice and there were over 50. I had called your office and explained how many more boxes there were. They should have let the guys know this. I was upset that I got charged for another hour. That wasn't right. I'm on Social Security and that really gouged money for me this month. Again the moving team was excellent. I was very happy with my experience. The movers came on time, they worked carefully but quickly, I was moved out of one place and into another in two hours which was exactly what was estimated. The movers never complained, argued, or sounded disgruntled. This company helped me move quickly and easily for the price they stated. None of my stuff was damaged, and I was never asked to help. This company helped me very much in a difficult time for me and I'm very grateful. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
