Worst experience ever, service was SUBCONTRACTED by nation wide transport carrier to deliver furniture purchased out of state. Communication from office was terrible, inaccurate. All phone extensions busy on several attempts to contact pre delivery & dispatch. No call backs when requested & lastly the night before delivery, invoice sent requesting payment for delivery of $282 which was already paid to the national carrier.Day of the delivery, drivers arrived with an empty truck, had to contact driver's supervisor to locate the furniture sitting at the warehouse. Second team delivered furniture. Days following myself & retailer still billed after, Dwayne and Drew said they would bill Ideal Truck. Retailer had to take ownership of paying bill and rebill Ideal Truck.

Awesome! Office answered any questions I had and responded back very quickly whenever to my emails/phone calls. The 2 gentlemen that moved my furniture did an exceptional job. They were very professional, thorough, easy to ask questions, and just very nice to work with. Very impressed with the whole process from start to finish!

All went great. I didn't realize how much stuff we had to move, but the movers we're great at organizing everything. The set up and tear down is amazing. The movers are always respectful and courteous. Will continue to be a repeat customer and promote word of mouth. Two great experiences!

Movers performance was haphazard and negligent. Poorly wrapped furniture which resulted in damage and grease marks.
Observed one of the movers standing in bedrooms and garage not working. Paid for 3 men and only received services of two since the third man either hadn’t been trained or just didn’t wish to work.

I wish your rating scale had something above excellent for your moving crew! They were speedy, efficient, careful, hard workers and they were all polite and nice guys. We were so happy with our whole experience with your company!

Overall the experience was great. I was grateful that I didn’t not have to do all of the moving myself. The moving team worked very hard.
