The Team of Nick and 2 others got my troublesome move 'moving' again. The 3 gentlemen were courteous, asking 'are you sure you do not need anything else! We are here..what do you need?' We were in aw with their hussle; basement move. The 3 men did in 30 mins what would have taken my daughter and I hours. It was a miserably hot humid day. That level of customer service carries over to the actual move. They are on time, on task, professional, and take steps to protect my belongings from start to finish. Service was great - very professional and kind, seemed to be working quickly and efficiently. The only complaint is that they called at 10:45 and said they were 30 min away but didn't get to the apartment until 11;45...and we were charged for that full hour. I will be calling to contest that. Both of my movers were very hard workers and did a great job wrapping up my furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged or scratched. They worked very fast and were very careful. I would recommend any of my friends use Two Men and a truck
