The team was very professional and took care of our belongings. The issue was inexperience. Both men were new to the company. They lacked efficiency and strategy for planning. My husband and I needed to role up our selves and help out the entire time to get the job done. Both men will make great employees with proper training. We would recommend the agency again because we were compensated for the team going over the estimate. The company seemed aware of the training issue.

Although every employee does go through a week long training professional training process, our newer team members will still have much to learn compared to the many team members that have 5, 10 or even 20 years of experience. The moving team with Two Men And A Truck was phenomenal. I know for a fact that I would not have been a cheerful, energetic, or courteous as the entire team that helped move my family. Each team member introduced themselves, shook my hand, and had a smile on their face the entire time they were working. They laughed, joked and were constantly offering to help. I couldn't have been happier with my experience (not to mention, I didn't have to move a thing!)! - Elizabeth

The office staff guided me through the estimate and provided helpful information in a courteous manner. Delighted to receive voice mail confirming the move a couple days prior with offer to call with questions/needs. I returned the call and left a msg but no return phone call thus my poor rating for the office staff. It does not do any good to offer help at a critically helpful time and not deliver. Box delivery saved me hours of time!
The moving teams were simply delightful, courteous, hard working and careful. The ease of setting the move and the crews are the biggest reasons why I would recommend Two Men and a Truck.
My other complaint, however, was that due to a crew swap, one crew was a half hour late yet, with having two crews, I was charged for, effectively, an extra hour.

Our two movers were great ambassadors for your company. They both conducted themselves like it was their own company, even like a start up of their own and we’re desperately trying to please....and they did. Great customer service!
