Jacob, Edwin and Carlos were fantastic and went way above and beyond what we had expected. They were respectful, courteous and extremely hard working. We needed our property moved to 2 different locations (storage and new home) and were told that wouldn't be a problem, their work order didn't state that. Jacob, Edwin and Carlos were not phased after hearing that's what we needed them to do. They were organized and worked really well as a team. I would definitely request this team of three if the need arises. Thank you again to Jacob, Edwin and Carlos you guys are AWESOME!!!

The office and sales staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the estimate ended up being very accurate. The moving team was efficient, careful with my property, and respectful at all times. I have no suggestions for improvement, the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

The price on the receipt and the price they called and told me we were getting billed we’re two separate prices. Its not not the customers fault your people can’t do math correctly. Told the lady she should honor the price we signed on but she said they don’t do that! Will be getting this taken care of one way or another.

one of the movers we had would pick up a box and shake it . he did it to every box. when your handling boxes out of the kitchen would you not think there might be dishes in them and not shake them. he did break a commemorative bottle of jack daniels giving to me by the brewery that can't be replaced. unfourtaly most of are belongings were put in storage for now and we won't know if any other things like the wife keep sake porcelain dolls survived the move. we'll find out in about 5 months when are new house is done. and yes the boxes were marked fragile.

I was concerned about the amount of time that would be taken since the billing was by the hour, but after watching the two-man team work for a while they laid those fears to rest. Super job.
