We have used your company many times and will again on the next move. The staff are always good and the movers always take good care of our items. This time it was snowing and the poor guys were so cold but they were pretty awesome. The office staff are usually great but this time they were good just a little inpatient that I did not have all my information at the ready. Maybe it was just not a good day for all but it will not detour us from using your company and we actually sent a family member to you that same week and again the guys were great.

Packing was unreliable, good for some items, terrible for others. We had plenty of wardrobe boxes, some went unused, yet there were dress pant other hangers at the bottom of a box of miscellaneous items. Hardware, organized in trays, were upended into boxes, the trays thrown in on top. Two items were broken during packing (and since re-imbursed). Large boxes were used for heavy items, making them difficult to deal with during un-packing. PLEASE teach your movers how to pack! Boxes were poorly marked, often missing the room where they came from, like a box only labeled "fragile". Laziness during the move, not dismantling shelving units, resulted in damage to woodwork and walls (since repaired by TMAAT). Also, I had to make more than one request for reimbursement for damage.
