Overall the movers did a good job. However there were a few issues. They drove the truck over the curb and damaged the newly planted sod in our home. They were pretty quick and professional in their move, but we were disappointed that they had issues fitting all our items in the truck toward the end of loading process. Lastly, there were scuffs and dings in our wall going downstairs in our new (brand new construction) home that now have to be repaired.

I needed a Couch, sofa sleeper and a credenza moved. Two movers showed up and seem unprepared for the move. When they tried to move the sofa sleeper from the bedroom they did not assess the situation and jumped right into it. Trying to get it through the door they scratched the door with a leg of the couch and at that point they removed the legs so it would fit. Instead of using the ramp on back of the truck they muscled it through the side door as well as the other two pieces. When the couch arrived at the new location the corner of the arm was damaged. I brought the damage it to the movers attention, they took a picture of the damage and apparently reported it but as of yet I have heard nothing. I had to touch up the paint on the door. Movers were unprofessional and careless

Fore the most part the service was very good but when unpacking at the new location I could not find the boxes that I needed. It was so late that I think the boxes that I needed were not found and I'm still trying to find items like my medical supplies silverware that i had to buy again because I have no idea where they are. But the guys went over and beyond with the furniture and were very courteous and helpful. The cost was not clear to me.

Was happy with my quote and office scheduling. The movers were good but damaged three items, two of them they acted like they had no clue even though there was a hole in the plastic around the damage. The other was a broken leg on a dresser which was dropped in the house. I was able to repair that myself on site. The other damage was photographed by the lead mover and I was told that the office would contact me. I still have not received any follow up on the issue. I have past experience in the furniture and delivery business, so I understand damage can happen, but the lack of follow up and the movers attitude is not acceptable. Owning your mistakes and make sure they are taken care of goes along way in a customer service industry.

Everything went well but not perfect. We had some damage to the furniture that was moved. One of the guys became ill and my son ended up being the other mover and taking his place.

We were only serviced for 1.75 hours from start, transfer and completion. We were charged for 3 hours of service. This wasn't indicated in contracts and phone conversations with office staff. Our walls were scuffed a couple times, the movers were very nice. But the fees we were charged were unacceptable and disappointed. Without resolution to this we would not recommend this company.

Only 1 of the 3 guys was moving quickly and working hard to get the job done. They failed to cover most of my furniture in the truck and some of my furniture was damaged because things were stacked on top of one another without a cover in-between. The lead starting taken apart furniture when it was unnecessary to do so which ultimately caused that piece of furniture to be damaged and wasted time. In my opinion, the lead person had no business being a lead.

For the most part, I am very happy with your service. Overall, the movers exercised extreme care. However, one piece of my furniture was slightly damaged in the move. It was just a split second thing where the piece of furniture was dragged on a concrete and brick step going through my front door. Fortunately, I purchased the insurance. I also filed a damage report and was told someone would call me. However, to date no one has contacted me. I am disappointed by this.

Required to hire 3 guys due to piano move—only 2 moved piano. Did not wrap furniture, used clear packing tape to secure drawers etc —ruined finish. Called office—no call back.
Movers did not show me any part of contract and “ok’d” all statements without my consent or knowledge. Movers milked the clock by bringing in 1 box at a time—very small boxes.
Still no response to my complaints—and want my $100 piano surcharge refunded—I have video of movers—only 2 moved the piano!
I will never use this company again and I will be sharing my experience with everyone!

The most blatant disregard for my property and time I've ever experienced. The driver called me and told me they would arrive in 45 minutes, they arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Two of the crew decided it would be ok to lay on my leather sofa and one of the beds in my home, after they worked up a sweat moving furniture, while the driver was working. Now I need to clean the sofa and wash the bedding. I've moved my bedroom set 3 times and have NEVER had it take 2 hours to reassemble the bed alone. The person who took the bed apart couldn't figure out how to put it back together. After confronting them for deciding on taking a nap on my time and property, they told me they wouldn't let me leave until I paid for their time. No one in the office will return my calls. Useless!
