Community Outreach

Giving back is a huge part of who we are as a company, and we feel it’s important to give back to the communities where we live and work. One of our favorite ways to do this is through our very own campaign, MOVERS FOR MOMS®! This program was started as a way to give back to mothers in need who are living in homeless and family shelters. We partner with local businesses and organizations to set up collection sites where people can donate essential care items, which are then delivered to those in need on or around Mother’s Day. At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK one of our core values is giving back to the community, we do so by running campaigns to help people in different areas. 

Every fall, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Fargo and Grand Forks organizes their MOVERS FOR MUTTS® drive, where they partner with local shelters to help collect donations for the dogs and cats at the shelters! It's very important to help those who can't help themselves and most shelters are run by volunteers or rely heavily on donations for their animals.

The Fargo, ND, and Grand Forks, ND franchises have partnered with local shelters such as Homeward Animal Shelter and 4 Luv of Dog Rescue. Not only do they collect donations for the animals but they also volunteer their movers and trucks to help the shelters set up for their annual silent auctions!

We partner with CVIC to bring in donations to those in need in the Grand Forks area. CVIC is all about ending violence to adults and children, they support those impacted by violence at all levels with shelter, advocacy, therapy, self-sufficiency, intervention, and prevention with programs that are changing the trajectory of our community. CVIC started in 1980 and has been able to help tens of thousands of survivors and victims. They strive to prevent violence, promote safety, and build hope for their community. They are recognized nationally by many, many programs such as National bettered Women's Justice Project and National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

We are proud to be able to partner with them and help them in any way we can!

At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Fargo, ND we strive to bring as little to the landfill as we can, so we have partnered with Furniture Mission of the Red River Valley! 

Furniture Mission is all about helping out others, they partner with 40 local agencies who refer families in need to furniture mission to receive furniture!! They helped over 700 households in 2023 and over 600 households in 2022, the numbers keep going up.

We, at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, bring donatable items to furniture mission whenever possible, especially after junk removal jobs!
