The guys were great! They handled all of the things with care and were very kind when we asked them to bring specific things into different rooms or put them in closets. They even helped load some things into personal vehicles, which was awesome! Highly Recommend.

The office staff is difficult to connect with on the phone. I’ve left emails and have never had them returned to me. There’s room for improvement when it comes to connecting with your office staff.
That said, the moving team more than makes up for shortcomings from the office staff. Very muscular and capable, disciplined, very polite and very customer focused.

I had 2 moving teams-the 1st team with RJ running the truck was great-
The 2nd team didn't have the direction like the 1st team-they were all very nice though & very polite.
