The moving team were really great. Nice personalities. They just left a nick out of the wood door frame and when moving a clock to the basement they broke a piece out of the tail on my taxidermy fish. I'm sure they noticed especially the fish but didn't say anything.

I would give the moving experience a C+ at best. There were multiple movers who came and went, one said it was his 1st day on the job. Seems like you bit off more than you could chew. Took 3 trips over 4 days to finish. When we used your company this spring out of Minneapolis the crew was much more professional and they labeled every item with an ID code, this was not done here in Fargo.

We honestly were in a pinch and needed help moving the bigger items of our apartment. Someone referred us to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, so we went for it. The price was a little spendy, but on the phone the professionalism was spectacular to set up the move. The guys had someone cancel in the morning and we actually were able to move up a time slot the day of the move, bonus again. They showed up started moving stuff and getting it done. I was impressed with everything accept they broke our desk, broke our futon, and scratched our walls in our new place. So the experience overall was a little sour. Everything was great until the time of moving the items. I get it is a tough job and very taxing, but the care of our stuff was the main thing we wanted and at that they failed.

I was very disappointec. The movers were told several times not to move an item witbout a third person and that item was dropped causing damage to that item and house.

I BOUGHT BREAKAGE COVERAGE FROM THEM; THEY BROKE SOMETHING AND THEN I HAD TO CALL THEM UP LATER TO ASK ABOUT COVERING WHAT THEY BROKE. AT THAT POINT ALL JOSH WANTED TO DO WAS TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR WHY IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT, AND DEBATE WITH ME ABOUT WHAT IT WAS WORTH. ALL OVER $200. UNBELIEVABLE.

I marked the "care of my property box" as just acceptable as my vanity is damaged beyond repair, and I didn't notice it till after the "3 day" insurance that was given to me, so I'm a little upset about that as we tried to fix it but it's not repairable, So I have to purchase a new one. Besides that they were professional and I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

The guys were great!! Fast yet courteous. A couple plates and my butter dish broke. I can overlook that since I didn’t get charged for them to drive from Fargo to DL since they were already in DL.

Overall the experience was good. It took a long time to schedule over the phone - maybe she was a new employee. The movers arrived early and the head guy was great. However they did break my coffee table during loading and didn't tell me until after they moved in most of my stuff to the new location. I was supposed to receive a call from their boss and never did.

Dates were not clearly defined: I was verbally told one date, had someone at the house, and everything ready. No one showed or answered until 2 hours later, and there was a "miscommunication". It happens, I understood. The staff showed up with good attitudes and I pre-tipped them for the following day to drop off. At drop off, they did not use pallets placed in storage unit and placed my nice wood furniture on the cement at risk to be ruined by moisture. We had to take everything out and redo the job. Also finding out things that were to be wrapped and protected weren't and a few items were damaged. I wish I had a different experience, as I felt like I could trust the local company to handle my move with care.

We hired this company after we unexpectedly inherited a few pieces of furniture and had a short timeline to get it moved. I called the office and talked to Trista who was very helpful and accommodating. The quote seemed more than reasonable. We then had a change in the number of furnishings being moved – again, more than accommodating with the changes.
The 3 movers were extremely pleasant, professional, efficient, and considerate of their surroundings. Willing to do whatever was needed to make sure we were satisfied with the move.
We highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and would absolutely hire them again.
