Everybody was great and had an outstanding attitude. The only problem was a lot of mud tracked in the basement but it was taken care of 1 day later!
Team manager saw it & we had a carpet cleaning service out there the next morning to steam clean.

The moving crew arrived precisely as promised right on time, with friendly attitudes, smiles and ready to work. This work ethic continued throughout the entire assignment. It was a pleasure to have such nice men in our home taking care of a job we could not do ourselves.

The planning and ordering process was very easy and swiftly completed over the phone.
The Two Men and their Truck showed up exactly on time. The job was completed within the time frame agreed and payment was made by credit card on the spot.
The two men were friendly, helpful and courteous and handled the goods in a very good way. No damages.

Cedrick and Eric (the "A" team) was excellent. They took extra special care of my furniture and was 100% of the time moving furniture, not talking and wasting time. They were constantly on the move and did whatever was needed. Highly recommend these two young men!

Completely under estimated what was needed. Had to send a separate crew and truck the following day. Since we were moving and had to be out of the house that day increased our stress level tremendously. Was never told they could only make one trip with the truck. Was allotted 7.5 to 8 hrs, only took them 4.5 hours to load and unload the truck. An additional trip would have completed everything that day.
