They were on time and friendly. They worked hard and did not take a lot of breaks or drag things out. I would have looked to have seen a bit more care with the furniture. They knocked into doorways and slid some of the wood furniture on the truck floor which caused chipping on some of the legs.

I had a few issues with this company. One of which was they broke one of the back steps upon exiting my home one one of the trips out. The company did send someone out the very next day to fix it. Also, one of my beds was broken in the moving process. The company had an outside company come out and fix the bed to my satisfaction. I was a little aggravated by the attitude of the movers, however. Didn't want to take the blame for these issues. However, the company did come through for me and fix these issues.

Only had two issues on the china breakfront. When wrapped and strapped, and unloaded the hinges to open the upper cabinet were bent. One was totally missing. Will need to file claim on this, but otherwise everything was in top notch condition.

lots of damage to both properties, storage things came to house, house things went to storage, nothing was labeled. Took twice as long as it should have. An absolute nightmare.

My delivery was rough. Three items, a dining chair, sofa table, and floor lamp were not packed on the truck correctly and all suffered significant damage. Now we are dealing with negotiations on "maybe" we can fix one item, the chair and get someone to do it. Cheap wayout. And, yes had I been told this was going to be a rough delivery I would have taken the insurance. These are not fragile items. I will never use your company again. And, I have two moving projects soon to Florida for my clients for their winter homes. You lost those moves!

My tv was broken... but otherwise the team did a FANTASTIC job, and I would recommend them nevertheless. Things happen in a rattly truck, and some trainees were helping (and were the ones who handled the TV). The original crew was wonderful.

Overall I was very happy with our moving experience. Jacob and Tyler were outstanding in every way. They were extremely professional and courteous, took pride in their work, and were very careful with our belongings. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and hire them and Terrance again in the future. We had a second crew on loading day that we had a couple of issues with, however, but Jacob and Tyler handled everything that came up like pros and really went above and beyond to resolve all problems created by the other team. Carey from the office handled the few damages done by the second crew swiftly and professionally. For their part, I would honestly say that my move with Jacob and Tyler was the best moving experience I have ever had!

At least one didn’t seem very knowledgeable about his duties. Left things that should have been moved. Did not label boxes causing me to have to move to the proper room as opened them. Did not bring enough boxes. Scratched my front door getting the sofa in the new place. I have overall dissatisfaction for what I got for the money.

Overall, a good experience. The inside of truck must have been wet or damp as several furniture cushions etc were damp and were circled with wet stain. A short handled hammer was missing from tool box, most boxes and furniture were clearly marked as to where they were to go in house and a good many were placed in a catch all room inside of main door and not taken to designated room despite being clearly marked. Men were polite and courteous but obviously in a rush to deliver and return as this was an out of state move.

The moving crew was very professional, positive, and helpful but despite their taking great care to pack our belongings a couple of things were slightly damaged in transit. Through no fault of their own, they were under a lot of pressure from the moving crew for the new home owners who showed up halfway through the move.
