I’ve had a good experience so far with this company. I’ve used them twice. They were careful with my furniture and arrive on time. My only issue was it cost me more to move the exact same furniture out of my apartment vs. into my apartment and the second time I didn’t even need my furniture reassembled since I placed it in a storage. I guess the second set of movers that moved me out were just much slower but that impacts the cost of a customer’s move....

I was very pleased with my two men who helped move furniture for me. I was really impressed as they worked as a team. Knowing one can instruct another with no bulking was great. My hats off to these guys and the office too. Highly recommended.

Cherly in the office was THE BEST! SO HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The actual moving team was decent. But Tommy and Francisco made the experience even better, fixing all the damaged walls.

My wooden floor was scratched up by them pushing my furniture around instead of picking it up and moving it.

I have used this company for two moves. First was excellent, quick and high quality care with items. Second took all day for same amount of items. And only one of the movers truly helped and did work. Other was clearly leaning on the other mover to complete the job. The communication was not great. They left me waiting at my new home for an hour with no communication. I was not satisfied and the move was overall more stressful than I have experienced with professional movers.

The location was new and not very experienced. There were issues with communication between the office and the truck causing a delay that impacted the entire day. One mover was obviously new and had no experience wrapping furniture. One mover was experienced but the "owner" didn't listen to his suggestions. The move took a lot longer than it should have. I'm sure they will get better with more time together and experience.
